Aspect Accelerator Program: Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7th February 2026
Program Timeline
The Group Academy is a fixed-term, 27-week program running from March 16th to September 25th, 2026. The schedule is structured as follows:
- Orientation: 1 x Orientation Week (O-Week)
- Phase 1: 12 weeks of core curriculum and group coaching
- Intermission: 2 weeks mid-program break
- Phase 2: 12 weeks of advanced implementation and group coaching
1:1 Session & Feedback Policy
- Session Expiry: Students are entitled to 12 x 1:1 private sessions. These sessions must be used within the program timeframe (ending September 25th, 2026). Sessions do not roll over to future cohorts.
- Track Feedback Submission: Tracks for weekly asynchronous track feedback must be submitted by 11:59pm AEDT. If a track is not submitted on time, the option for feedback that week is forfeit to the discretion of Aspect Music Academy.
- Track Feedback Promise: Aspect Music Academy commits to providing asynchronous video feedback on submitted tracks (up to a maximum of once per week in line with the program) within 72 hours of receipt.
- Non-Stackable Feedback: Asynchronous track feedback does not stack; if a student does not submit work for review during a scheduled feedback week, the option for feedback that week is forfeit.
- Cancellations: 1:1 sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Failure to attend or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited, by discretion of Aspect Music Academy.
Student Expectations
- Engagement: Students are expected to engage consistently with the curriculum and participate in the community to achieve the intended results.
- Conduct: A high level of respect and support for fellow community members is mandatory. Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
- Intellectual Property & Licensing: All course materials and videos are for personal use only. Aspect Music Academy grants the student a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use provided sounds, samples, and presets for commercial music production projects. However, the redistribution, sharing, or resale of the sounds/presets themselves as a standalone product is strictly prohibited.
Aspect Music Academy’s Commitment
- Access: The Academy will provide lifetime access to the self-paced library for the duration of the platform’s operation.
- Support: The Academy will facilitate weekly coaching and feedback sessions as outlined in the curriculum.
Refund & Payment Policy
- Discretionary Refunds: Because a spot in the Accelerator is limited to 10 students, refunds are not provided as a standard. A discretionary refund may be considered within the first 14 days of the program start date, minus a $500 USD administrative and onboarding fee, provided no more than one 1:1 session has been conducted. Refunds under any other basis are subject to the discretion of Aspect Music Academy.
- Currency & Plans: All payments are in USD. Payment plans represent a financing agreement for the full cost of the program and must be paid in full regardless of program completion status.
